To install Lotus Approach on a new system running Windows 11 (such as your DELL), you may encounter compatibility issues due to the older nature of the software. One potential solution is to try running the program in compatibility mode. To do this, right-click on the program's executable file, go to Properties, and navigate to the Compatibility tab. From there, you can select an earlier version of Windows that is known to work with Lotus Approach. Additionally, you may want to consider virtualization software or seeking alternative software that is compatible with Windows 11.
since some days i get a message when I start Approach telling Approach 9.x has a known pb of compatibilty, but if I continue with no help it works perfectly. My Approach is 9.0.9805.2700. Is there updates I should install to get rid of this possible compatibility issue ?

Lotus belongs to the IBM company. All the products have been emerged into others. To find out information about this software or alternatives released by IBM, I recommend checking the eCatalog website. Access the website, select your country from the right menu and then you should be able to see exactly what apps are available for your region.
This is the only way to see if the software is available for Windows XP, but since it was released in 1994, I can say that compatibility doesn't exist.
We have the old system of Lotus Approach for the repossession industry and we want to go online. How do I do that, who do I contact and how do we get started?

This is a proprietary application provided by IBM. You will have to contact them to obtain a solution to this since the software doesn't appear to be available anymore.
I've linked here below to a sales rep. Ask him exactly what you need and they should give you a solution, but I don't think the old version of Lotus Approach can still be used anymore.
There is an in-depth guide regarding the Lotus Approach application. Since it appeared on a Google Search that I've used, I recommend using it to find out the information you need. Access the link below then click on each of the available link to learn how to work with Approach since it's a very old application.
